How did the setter do?

Did a person get back to you quickly enough? (30 point weight)No
Additional notes

Took 11 minutes from form submission to first ring. Under 3 minutes = Yes; 3 to under 5 = Partly; 5 or more = No.

Did they read your application? (4 point weight)Does not apply
Additional notes

[Application platform] - does not apply

Did they ask about your current situation? (6 point weight)Yes
Additional notes

Setter accurately understood and summarized prospect's current situation, freelance status, time constraints, and trading experience “What do you currently work as? I'm a freelance designer. Here and there, because like I said, I am that freelance designer, so I am able to stay at home, but not late. Mainly paper trading”

Did they get a clear goal? (8 point weight)Yes
Additional notes

Setter elicited a clear goal for time freedom, income, and stopping repeated mistakes, with prospect stating purpose clearly “I'm just curious, like in terms of you know, you getting started with trading, what's the actual purpose, you know, for you, like as to why you trade? so I can spend time with my grandchildren and I just kind of want to stop repeating the same mistakes that I'm making, and I usually like to ask for help sooner than later. So through trading, you do want to have a bit more time freedom and that flexibility, right? Yeah, pretty much."

Did they find out what you are struggling with? (7 point weight)Yes
Additional notes

Relevant day-to-day challenges with inconsistent trading progress and time management were explored. “And I just kind of want to stop repeating the same mistakes that I'm making, and I usually like to ask for help sooner than later. And so, for example, I finish a long day at work last week, and I told myself I would spend an hour figuring this out. I spent the time comparing them, and then by the time I closed my laptop, I had notes, but I hadn't really done anything, anything with them. And what do you feel like is the biggest thing holding you back from taking that next step? I'm just not sure when to start doing that. I think my paper trading is pretty consistent, but I feel like I'm missing that consistent process that I mentioned a second ago.”

Did they ask why you want to act now? (5 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

Setter asked about timing and consequences somewhat; prospect indicates urgency but no strong consequences or cost of waiting detailed “I'm just not sure when to start doing that and so that's kind of like why I put my information in, is mainly just to see what packages you guys have, because at the end of the day, I'd like to get as much help as possible. Because I kind of just want to pull the trigger sooner than later.”

Did they ask what you tried before and why it did not work? (4 point weight)Yes
Additional notes

Setter explored prior trading attempts and what held prospect back from progress “And just to understand your actual, you know, experience with trading so far, what have you tried to learn trading with? Mainly paper. And what do you feel like is the biggest thing holding you back from taking that next step? I'm just not sure when to start doing that. I think my paper trading is pretty consistent, but I feel like I'm missing that consistent process that I mentioned a second ago.”

Did they understand your concern before answering? (6 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

Prospect raised cost concerns and asked for detail; setter acknowledged concerns and explained pricing ranges, respecting prospect's wish to inform spouse “I do have a quick question. Like, do I have to pay for anything up front? What's the price? Yes, I guess what would be, like, if you had to get more granular with it, because, you know, mid to low four-figures could be anywhere from $1,000 on the dot to $9,999. I guess I'm asking because, you know, I have a wife, and then ultimately, I would like to tell her before I even get on the call, because I don't want to get on the call and say, hey, I can't move forward. And so, my question is, you know, you said $500 to $7,000.” they blatantly told me the 7k and pitched what was in it

Did they check what you can afford? (8 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

yes, but after they told me the range and overall pricing of everything

Did they check who decides and whether you have time? (4 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

Prospect indicated need to confer with spouse who shares finances, but setter did not explicitly confirm decision process or authority. “I guess I'm asking because, you know, I have a wife, and then ultimately, I would like to tell her before I even get on the call, because I don't want to get on the call and say, hey, I can't move forward. Because it's a shared bank account.”

Did they answer price and other questions clearly? (4 point weight)Yes
Additional notes

handled them a bit TOO much - Setter handled all pricing questions clearly without bluffing, explaining program levels and inclusions. “And in terms of the pricing, yeah, it is kind of like a paid thing. OK, so yeah, in terms of that sort of thing, it would take, like, a low to mid four-figure investment. We have packages ranging from $500 all the way to, you know, $7,000. So, yeah, in terms of the investment into mentorship, that would be a one-time cost. So, you're going to have one-on-one access with . You'll have different classes that will go into, you know, different problems that you may be facing.”

Did they explain how the next call would help you? (4 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

Setter explained the immediate call purpose lightly but did not explicitly tie the next call to prospect's stated goals in detail. “Yeah, I can get into all of those details, but I feel like that's not the most important thing right now. What I want to do is just see if we can actually help you. What I would need to do is get you in front of one of our head coaches, and they'll take a much deeper look at your situation, you know, where you're currently at, and the type of support that you would need to get to your goals and, you know, what you're actually trying to achieve. They can actually look at the root problem, see where you're trying to get to, and together what you guys are going to do is put together a roadmap of what you need to work on and actually help you get you to where you need to be.”

Did they ask if you wanted the next call? (3 point weight)Partly
Additional notes

Main thing to fix

Slow speed to lead time - should not be pitching or dropping price on setter call - ALSO MAJOR NOTE, told me price varies based on my situation, i clarified by saying "so i can get 7k package for cheaper if my situation is not as experienced?", he said "yes" Prescription: Get speed to lead under 5 minutes SMS should be sending within 2 minutes of opting-in Setter should not be pitching on the setter call, dropping price is one thing, but pitching the deliverables is a whole separate issue... They also should not be blatantly saying "you will have a cheaper price if you are less experienced" Sidenote: automated text looks a bit odd with the signature, etc: "Hey, this is from 's team. I saw you requested for the trading course, is that correct? Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Thanks, " Also, message should be sending prior to receiving any calls, UNLESS the setter is claiming the lead PRIOR to automation firing
